The Wasatch Front Regional Council Transportation Coordinating Committee convened June 18, 2026, at 1:34 p.m. Mayor Mark Shepherd chaired the meeting. Members approved the April 30 meeting minutes (motion by Dan Dugan, seconded by Carlton Christensen) and later approved board‑requested modifications to the 2026–2031 TIP (motion by Commissioner Jim Harvey, seconded by Mayor Sheri Bingham).
The committee also voted to release the draft 2027–2032 TIP and the associated air‑quality conformity analysis for public review and comment; WFRC staff said the draft materials and public‑comment interactive map will be available June 27–August 2, 2026. The meeting included an informational Annual Safety Audit presented by Fariba Soltani (WFRC) and a Connected Vehicle Technology briefing by Blaine Leonard (UDOT). Commissioner Jim Harvey moved to adjourn; Councilmember Dan Dugan seconded and the meeting ended at 2:59 p.m.
