Vice Chairman Alan Groom moved, Commissioner Wayne Wilt seconded, and the commission approved the consent agenda by a 3-0 vote.
Karen Madison, County Clerk, presented the Fairview Township annual report for 2025; Vice Chairman Groom moved and Commissioner Wilt seconded approval of the report, which passed 3-0. Chairman Jim Maxwell signed certificates of ownership for two spaces in Memorial Lawn Cemetery (recipients Connie Beck and Emily Raymond). The meeting concluded with a motion by Chairman Maxwell and second by Commissioner Wilt to adjourn at 10:10 a.m.; vote 3-0.
