Trans Com approves modifications to 2026–2031 Transportation Improvement Program

Wuthrich told the committee that the Regional Council had already approved the requests and that staff determined "these modifications did not require a new air‑quality conformity analysis or a 30‑day public‑comment period." He briefly outlined each project and offered to answer technical questions from members. The committee did not record additional debate before voting.
