Commissioner Michael Berges seconded the motion; the motion passed by voice vote (recorded in the minutes as two to zero).
The approval clears routine financial housekeeping and allows staff to process the listed warrants and payroll disbursements. The board did not discuss individual line items during the meeting.
The commission's next regular meeting is March 17, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. in County Commission Chambers, 718 Main, Hays, Kansas.
