The Concord Municipal Affordable Housing Trust voted unanimously to keep a rotating minute-taking schedule while designating a single permanent clerk to satisfy the trust's bylaw and Select Board APP 10. Chair Matt proposed the rotating approach and said the designated clerk would perform oversight and final submission duties.
Trustee Keith said he would accept the nomination to serve as the permanent clerk for the year and act as a resource for other members preparing minutes. "I have expressed to the chair my willingness under those circumstances to accept nomination as that permanent clerk for the year," Keith said. The motion to adopt the hybrid arrangement was moved, seconded and approved by roll call, 5 to 0.
Trustees also reviewed the schedule of individual minute-taking assignments (starting with Alex in September) and discussed minor swaps for members with seasonal conflicts. The group noted the arrangement preserves continuity for official filings while spreading the drafting load among trustees.
