Seeley Union board adopts package of policy and administrative regulation updates

The Seeley Union School District Board adopted a package of policy updates and deletions at its Jan. 14, 2025 meeting, as presented on the CSBA Policy Guide Sheet attached to the minutes. The list includes Board Policy 0460 (Local Control and Accountability Plan), BP/AR 1250 (Visitors/Outsiders), BP/AR 3100 (Budget), BP/AR 3280 (Sale or Lease of District-Owned Real Property), BP 3320 and deletion of AR 3320 (Claims and Actions Against the District), BP/AR 3515.5 (Sex Offender Notification), BP 3540 (Transportation), BP/AR 5113.1 (Chronic Absence and Truancy), BP/AR 5148 series (Child Care and Development; Before/After School Programs; Preschool/Early Childhood Education), BP/AR 6158 (Independent Study), BP 6170.1 (Transitional Kindergarten), BP/AR 6174 (Education for English Learners), Board Bylaw 9240 (Board Training), and Board Bylaw/Exhibit 9270 (Conflict of Interest).
The minutes show the motion to adopt the listed changes was made and seconded and carried unanimously (5-0). The minutes do not include the text of each change; the CSBA guide sheet is referenced as attached.
