The Seeley Union School District Board of Trustees approved a series of routine consent and business items at its March 11, 2025 meeting, including minutes, payroll, accounts payable and several contracts.
Board President S. Garcia called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m., and trustees voted unanimously on each consent item. The board accepted minutes from Feb. 11 and Feb. 20, approved February 2025 payroll and accounts payable, and adopted changes to the 2025–26 board meeting calendar (with revised June dates). Motions were moved and seconded as recorded in the minutes and carried 4-0.
The trustees also approved an agreement with Jack Schreder & Associates, Inc. for a Developer Fee Justification Study, a Student Teaching Agreement with San Diego State University, and retained Wilkinson Hadley King & Co. LLP for 2024–25 auditing services. The board approved the Transportation Plan as well. All votes on these items were 4-0.
The board received routine informational items, including the Imperial County Treasurer's Report for January 2025 and an accepted resignation from J.L. Perdomo. No substantive debate on the consent items is recorded in the minutes.
