Roeder also reported that a 17-unit condominium plat for properties at 3135W–3170W Millers Lane and 3106W Cut Off Road, submitted by Wilderness Surveying, LLC on behalf of Cranberry Holdings, LLC (Austin Hooten, member), met zoning requirements. The committee approved the condominium plat on a motion by Rick Boes, seconded by Doug Swartz. Both approvals were recorded as motions carried during the March 17 meeting.
