Chairwoman Deionne Carpenter introduced a personnel matter involving employee Stephen Chad Grantadams and offered him the option of an executive session. Grantadams declined the executive session and discussion continued in open session with Secretary/Treasurer Karen Tyler and Road Department Supervisor Perry Holmes providing information to the committee. With business complete, Mr. Darrell Franks moved to adjourn and Chairwoman Carpenter declared the meeting adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
