Winn Parish sets Sept. 16 Region VIII meeting attendance, hears sewer and solar updates

President Frank McLaren said Jeff Arnold may attend the September meeting to discuss solar renewable energy plans and that the Jury may later need to adopt a resolution or ordinance to be in compliance with related requirements.
