Chairwoman Deionne Carpenter announced the personnel matter and informed Grantadams he could opt for an executive session; Grantadams declined and elected to keep the discussion in open session.
Secretary/Treasurer Karen Tyler and Road Department Supervisor Perry Holmes addressed the committee about the reasons for the meeting.
