Council recognizes American Red Cross partners for local blood drives

Each unit of blood can help save up to 3 lives. So the county saved over 4,100 lives last year," she said.
Council members thanked staff and the Red Cross representatives for the ongoing partnership and community outreach around blood drives. No formal action was taken; the recognition was ceremonial.
