Board sets sign-ups for site visits and materials distribution

Chair Patricia Sullivan circulated a sign-up sheet so members could register as leads for upcoming site visits. The committee discussed that the member who signs up as a lead typically receives the provider contract, and it was suggested that all members participating in a site visit also receive a copy to better understand the provider's requirements and services.

Member Kristine Haataja said she would distribute the site visit best-practices questionnaire and evaluation form electronically after sign-ups are completed; she noted that last year she distributed these materials along with provider contracts. The committee emphasized that signups must be completed before contracts can be distributed.
