Chief Appraiser Robert Bailey informed the board he will attend the GAAO Summer Conference July 20–22 in Jekyll Island as part of planned staff training. Tax Appraiser Julie McCart reported there are six active personal property audits and two of those have been returned to the office.
Board Secretary Heather Gardner presented the most recent list of homestead applications submitted since Jan. 1 and requested Chair Nicole Wasendorf’s signature for approval. The minutes record these staff updates without further discussion or public comment.
