The Napa County Behavioral Health Board visited a Be Well Mobile Clinic parked at a local Walmart and heard a program overview from HHSA staff on Feb. 11, 2026. Jennifer Yasumoto, Director of Health and Human Services (HHSA), and Joseph Hallett, HHSA Assistant Director, led the tour and described the mobile clinic's role in community outreach.
Casey Rockwood, HHSA management analyst, introduced himself to the board and said he "helps manage the Be Well Mobile Services program." Rockwood described how the van is used for outreach and service connections for residents who may not access clinic-based care. Board members were shown equipment and the layout used for brief interventions and referrals. The meeting packet listed the tour in the agenda and confirmed the tour took place in the Walmart parking lot.
Board members asked logistical questions about scheduling and site selection during and after the tour. The presentation and tour were documented on the meeting agenda and minutes; the board scheduled related program updates for future meetings.
