Consultant outlines six-month public-engagement, market-analysis plan for LaGrange downtown

"We'll have a new set of vision and goals for the downtown," he said, and added the plan will be sensitive to downtown historic-district guidelines. The presenter said the process is underway with focus-group interviews already started.
