Chair authorizes cover after gate valve was found open at Robinwood Estates

Chair Tom Klein reported that the dead loop at Robinwood Estates was nearly full because a gate valve had been opened. He inspected the site, shut off the valve and spoke with Clint Cogdill, who assured him the valve was closed after the inspection. Klein suggested adding a chain‑link fence or cover to limit access. Roger Kluck moved to authorize the chair to put a cover over the top of the valve; Jason Zimmerman seconded and the motion passed 5-0.
The authorization directs the chair to arrange for a physical cover to limit unauthorized access to the valve and reduce the risk of unintentional water flow changes.
