The Board recorded that the condition has worsened and raw sewage is now bubbling up in a yard through a clean-out at one property.
The Board decided to issue formal letters to the three affected homeowners ordering repairs; if owners do not act, the Town will clean the service lines and send bills for the work. No ordinance change or emergency declaration was made at the meeting; the Board treated this as a property-maintenance enforcement matter and directed staff to proceed with notification.
