Commissioners approve Clearview Estates amended plat and update Homeland Estates decision letter

Commissioner Young abstained from the discussion and vote on the Homeland Estates decision letter; Commissioner Clark moved to approve and Chairman Hancock seconded. The motion passed with two ayes and one abstention.
Planning staff indicated the decision letter update is intended to clarify previous direction and that a final plat review will be presented at a later date.
