The fairboard asked the commission for permission to proceed and to approve additional ground and electrical work so the building can be assembled and serviced on site. “It is a prefab customized building for us,” the representative said during the report to the commission.
Commissioner motioned to grant authority for the general fair board to proceed, with the motion seconded and approved by roll call. The record shows the board discussed verifying bid specifications and confirmed the county would hold the fairboard to meeting the bid requirements before work begins.
