Planning & Zoning, the Assessor and the Treasurer each raised questions about specific fees — notably the proposed 'appeal' fee and how credit-card processing fees would be allocated — and no members of the public signed up to comment. Given those departmental concerns the Board moved to table the resolution until the April 6 meeting.
Commissioner Clark moved to table the resolution for two weeks; Commissioner Young seconded and the motion carried with all three commissioners voting aye. County staff will return with clarifications requested by departments prior to the next hearing.
