"We feel like we've tried everything to get people to bid…that's a very large roof," the county administrator said, urging acceptance of the responsive bid.
Board members emphasized getting a watertight roof as the priority and agreed to bring Hayside library procurement back to the next meeting after further outreach and bid review.
