The Board of Adjustment of the City of Castle Pines convened immediately after the planning commission adjourned and considered Resolution 24-01, a parallel amendment to the board’s bylaws. City Clerk Toby Duffy presented the same set of updates: alignment with municipal code, clarified succession, updated meeting times, allowance for special counsel at executive sessions, an extended continuation window and a switch from Rosenberg's to Robert's Rules of Order.
A commissioner moved to approve the board resolution, a second was recorded and the board voted in favor. Clerk Duffy called the roll and the motion passed by the recorded voice vote. The resolution will be published with the corrected adoption date.
