Clark County schedules public outreach, survey and design milestones for Orchards Park renovation

Evelyn Ives said the project is currently in schematic design and that months of public engagement are planned from July through October of this year, followed by design development through the end of 2026. She said preparation of construction documents is expected from January to May 2027 and that construction is aimed to begin in 2027 with likely continuation into summer 2028.
Ives directed interested residents to a survey on the Orchards Community Park project webpage (a QR code was shown during the presentation) and said staff email contact information is posted on the project webpage for follow-up questions.
