Director Mike (Michael) Thatcher moved the approval and Director Steve Goodman seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
The consent agenda listed accounts payable line items including Aqua Flow Landscape ($4,611.00 for December 2026), Cal Am ($1,041.28), Carmel Valley Iron Works ($1,645.00), Martin Electric & Solar Inc. ($871.48) and a $170.00 reimbursement to Karolyn Stone, along with minutes for Dec. 10, Dec. 18 and Dec. 27, 2025. The board recorded no public comment on the item.
