Under the motion, Alex Gray was named president, Michael (Mike) Thatcher vice president, Steve Goodman secretary and Karolyn Stone treasurer. The vote was recorded as unanimous by the four board members present. The action was taken early in the meeting after President Alex Gray called the session to order at 3:45 p.m.
