Commission approves three outlot plats for agricultural, residential and family use

Each application was recommended by the Planning Commission and the township, and each motion to approve carried on roll-call votes with Commissioners Rostad, Merritt, Olson, Schuler and Chairman Fjeldahl recorded as yes.
Staff noted that Ward County zoning applies to each plat and that approvals were based on findings of fact and staff recommendations. The minutes record the approvals as motions with the county following the standard plat-review procedure; no variances or special conditions were documented in the meeting minutes.
