Neighbors tell Carmel Valley board proposed pump track, half pipe don’t fit small park site

At a special meeting on April 3, 2026, several residents voiced opposition to a proposal to add a bicycle pump track and skateboard half pipe to the district park in Carmel Valley Village, telling the Carmel Valley Recreation and Park District board that the park site is too small and too heavily used to safely accommodate those features.
