The commission recommended approval of the site plan for a new single-family home at 5620 Belinda Road after the project architect explained that first-floor windows align with interior features (kitchen sink) while the second-floor windows align with bedroom layout. Adam Riley, who introduced himself as "Adam Riley, architect for 5620," said, "You're exactly right. It's just those 3 windows on the 1st Floor aligned with the kitchen sink. And then the 2 upstairs are on either side of the bed."
Commissioners noted the alignment was consistent with the plan and raised no objections; one commissioner moved to approve the plans "as submitted subject to staff recommendations," the motion was seconded and passed. The approval was recorded as a recommendation to city council and will proceed through the normal permitting steps.
