Keerins Hall remodel nears completion; RV Park flood permitting and other repairs under way

Board members were updated on multiple facilities projects. Mindy said Keerins Hall is close to finishing its remodel but that a few contractor items still need to be corrected. She said she would contact the Road Department about pavement excavation and gravel work. Joe Hitz is pursuing flood permitting for the RV Park and hopes the permitting will be complete before the fair.
Mindy said the outdoor arena will be worked on this spring and that the remainder of the gates have been ordered. She reported that raising the Crows Nest is not likely at this time and that she had contacted Mike Strong to inspect some items.
