Rodeo committee asked to review rule book as budget concerns surface for mini-bulls and prizes

Mindy said she is not opposed to mini bulls but is worried about the budget implications and likewise cautious about funding an all-around prize. Donna asked the rodeo committee to review the rule book and to ensure that any Western Wear requirement is communicated on entry forms and signage; Darren suggested making an announcement as well.
Mindy also reported that Tanner is meeting with Eastern Oregon Rodeos to promote the Grant County event and recruit cowboys. The board requested the rodeo committee complete a volunteer spreadsheet by July 1 so the board can review and fill gaps.
