Trustees also discussed the town’s request that a trustee sit on the Jackson Dam committee; staff said the trustee could serve informally as a representative so long as the arrangement avoided creating a quorum.
The board did not vote on any downstream capital commitment at the meeting; the action taken was limited to authorizing staff to sign the evaluation/support letter and to inform the town about trustee participation on the committee. Staff said any formal appointments or procurement related to dam work would return for a future public agenda.
