The motion to convene the closed meeting was made by Jonathan Wood, seconded by Clayton Kendrick and carried unanimously.
Following the closed session the board reconvened in open session, certified pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act that only the authorized matters were discussed, and adjourned the meeting until April 13, 2026. Roll‑call votes during the certification were recorded in the minutes.
