Written comments may be submitted to Frank McLaren, P.O. Drawer 951, Winnfield, LA 71483-0951; the notice instructs that accommodations for persons with disabilities or non-English speakers will be made if requested at least three days before the hearing by calling 318-628-5824. The notice was published in the Winn Parish Enterprise on July 2, 2025; no comments or complaints were received prior to the meeting.
The announcement advised that negative comments will be forwarded to the State of Louisiana Division of Administration and emphasized outreach to low- and moderate-income residents and those living in slum or blighted areas.
