Earlier in the meeting Lieutenant Cobbley asked for a signature on the OHV grant closeout report for the vault toilet at the OHV course; Commissioner Schaeffer moved to sign that closeout report, Commissioner Orton seconded and the motion carried. The minutes record the approvals and the closeout signature as formal actions by the board.
