The Board approved multiple appointments and personnel actions on June 17. Appointments included Nash Murph to Planning & Zoning (to fulfill an unexpired term and serve through June 29, 2029) and the appointment/reappointments to the Middle Flint Behavioral Health Board: Sheriff Matt Moulton (appointment) and reappointments of Stacy Maine and Gail Robinson for terms from Sept. 15, 2025, through Sept. 14, 2028.
The Board also approved hiring Joshua Davis to fill a vacant IT Specialist I position at grade 15, Step B, effective June 23, 2025. Separately, at the request of Judge Ashford, the Board approved a one-step increase within the current pay grade for Leah Waddell, Legal Secretary to State Court, recognizing her recent Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Mercer University.
Chairman Perdue and individual commissioners publicly thanked appointees and staff for their service. The actions were approved unanimously.
