Houston County commissioners on July 22 approved a Memorandum of Agreement with Nettie Floyd to provide therapy services for the Accountability Court. Commissioner Robinson presented the request; the board voted unanimously to authorize the agreement. Under the agreement, Floyd will invoice the county monthly for services at listed rates.
The approved rates are $117.00 for each 1.5-hour group therapy session, $67.50 for each staffing attended, $56.25 for every 30 minutes of assessment, and $75.00 for each individual client session. The county will pay Floyd monthly upon receipt of invoices as the contract terms specify.
