County approves UW MOU, SLI grant and Rendezvous Pointe lease; Proactive lease left for future meeting

The board approved a lease agreement with Rendezvous Pointe. A draft lease for Proactive was discussed but not finalized; commissioners directed staff to invite Proactive to a future meeting for a final decision.
