Probation office to stop large repair requests ahead of planned relocation; counties to review bids for flooring and roof work

Michelle Wallace, Cassia Deputy Clerk, said the only ongoing building-repair cost recovery has been for an air-conditioner replacement "at a total cost of $12,500" and that this recovery will end April 1; after that date the counties may need to begin paying rent costs. Kerry McMurray, Assistant to the Board of County Commissioners, asked Prewitt to request bids for flooring and roof patching that need completion for safety reasons and suggested holding a final decision until the next board meeting.
