Supervisor Paul Stimpson moved the Board agenda, seconded by Supervisor Robert Saunders; the motion carried with Supervisor Eurika Tyree absent. EDA Chairman John Seal moved to amend the Authority agenda, seconded by Director James Ennis; the Authority then approved the amended agenda on a subsequent motion by Director Ennis and a second by Director Glenn Mozingo.
The EDA unanimously tabled a deed-of-correction item on a motion by Director Glenn Mozingo, seconded by Director C. Gene Brooks, and scheduled it for reconsideration at the EDA's May 19, 2026 meeting. The Authority adjourned to May 19, 2026, and the Board adjourned to its next monthly meeting on May 12, 2026.
