Commissioners approved the Low and Associates agreement in a special Nov. 27 session after authorizing the purchase at the Nov. 20 joint meeting.
Franks said the auditor’s office plans to pay for the initial purchase using the ARPA‑approved appropriation and that two years of maintenance were discussed as part of the council’s revised allocation. The commissioners voted unanimously to approve the Low Financials contract and to move forward with implementation steps.
