Danville Selectmen enter non-public session under RSA and seal minutes after return

At 7:29pm on July 13 the Danville Board of Selectmen voted to enter a non-public session under RSA 91-A:3, II (a), (b) and (c); the motion to enter non-public was made by Joe Hester and seconded by Scott (Scot) Barr, and the roll call vote was unanimous.
The board returned to public session at 9:45pm (motion made by Joe Hester and seconded by Shawn O’Neil). Following the return, Selectmen voted unanimously to seal the non-public minutes and then adjourned; the sealing and adjournment votes were both recorded as unanimous by roll call.
