The St. Bernard Parish Council on June 2 tabled three zoning-related ordinance proposals — Summary No. 4353 (amend permitted uses in business and industrial districts), Summary No. 4354 (conditional use/site deficiencies), and Summary No. 4355 (administration and enforcement/penalty) — by unanimous votes. Each motion to table was moved by a councilmember and recorded with unanimous YEAS; the minutes note no public speakers for these items at the time the summaries were read.
Each ordinance summary will return to the council at the June 16, 2026 meeting for further consideration. The items were introduced earlier in the agenda and later moved to be tabled: Councilmember Gillis McCloskey moved to table Summary No. 4353, Councilmember Ryan Randall moved to table Summary No. 4354, and Councilmember Cindi Meyer moved regarding Summary No. 4355; all tabling motions carried with recorded unanimous votes.
