Council unanimously amends 911 reappointment slate, selects Andrew Sercovich

Councilmember Joshua "Josh" Moran moved the reappointment sequence and Cindi Meyer seconded the motion to reappoint Sercovich. The minutes record no public speakers for or against the resolution.
