During the public‑comment portion of the Casa Conejo MAC meeting, resident Phil Rittenhouse asked the Council about observed activity in a field near Borchard Road and sought information about county follow‑up. Debby Ellis reported graffiti on Dena Drive and on an electrical box at Lesser and Jenny streets and urged action to remove tagging and prevent recurrence.
Chair Debbie Hanna and councilmembers noted the concerns and flagged graffiti and the Borchard property as items for future agenda follow‑up; Brendon Garcia also mentioned a planned January agenda item related to razor wire at a Borchard property. Residents were encouraged to report graffiti to county code enforcement and to contact the Field Representative’s office with details on observed activity for follow up.
No formal action was recorded beyond placing related items on future agendas.
