Health administrator warns of staffing gap as WIC work continues; flu vaccines pre-ordered

Hoberecht told Commissioners she pre-ordered flu vaccines for the coming season and expressed concern about not having someone to take her position; Commissioner Rein said he would contact Barton County regarding interviews to help fill the vacancy. Citizen Tom Giessel commented that local access to a health department is important, saying, "A Healthy Community is a Wealthy Community."
