DRB to be invited for detailed review; meeting adjourns

The Commission concluded Sept. 30 by assigning follow‑up tasks and scheduling additional review. Commissioners asked Emily KloƯt to invite the Design Review Board (DRB) to the next meeting to discuss site plan review, permitted use review for 3–4 unit buildings, and maximum unit numbers. If the DRB cannot attend, the Commission will continue internal review and bring drafted changes forward.
Patrick Calecas moved to adjourn; the meeting ended at 8:37 p.m. Diane Sherman prepared the minutes. Staff and regional planners were assigned to return with supporting materials, draft language, and data on critical facilities and pond exemptions for the Commission’s next meeting.
