The meeting minutes list preliminary, subject-to-change figures: general construction about $750,000; vault $95,000; vault door estimate (Royal) around $20,000; plumbing and HVAC $95,000; electrical $70,000; and an addition estimated at $70,000 (the board noted the addition may be dropped).
Funding sources identified in the minutes include a MERP award of $297,397.60 and Town ARPA Reserve funds of $287,183, plus $4,000 to cover MillBrook work. The board has not yet applied for a SoVT construction permit and said the project timeline is pending further cost clarifications.
