Board approves operating agreement amendments and revises meeting schedule

The board voted to approve the superintendent-board operating agreement "as amended and discussed." A board member moved the motion and another seconded; the chair called the voice vote and the motion carried. Staff will send a clean copy for signatures via DocuSign.
The board also moved to adjust the fall meeting schedule: the October regular meeting will be held in Vernonia (proposed Oct. 9) to accommodate homecoming activities locally, the November 13 meeting will be held in Mist, and the board scheduled an Oct. 30 scholarship workshop at 6 p.m. A motion to make these changes was seconded (Tony) and passed by voice vote.
