Board training highlights district culture and reports strong growth trends

S4 also shared recent state growth results, noting elementary grades show strong progress: "we're growing faster in ELA and math than 90% of the state," the presenter said, while adding that the district still has work to reach its 70 percent target goal. Members tied the cultural expectations to community engagement strategies and praised outreach, including examples where sharing district practices led other districts to adopt new approaches.
